Chances are your breasts are not both the same size. Did you know this? I am obviously not a physician, I do not even play one on TV, but I would be willing to bet that you are smaller on the side of your dominant hand. Have you ever checked?
Go ahead and do it. It’s ok. I’ll wait.
For some people the disparity in size between your right and left breast may be so noticeable that your bra doesn’t fit well. You may even be contemplating a prosthetic insert or form. A form is a soft, smooth, triangular shaped insert that you place in either a pocket or directly under your breast for lift or to fill in the cup a bit.
Whether because of surgery or nature, there may come a time when you need one. To eliminate the panic you may feel if you do, it’s best to know what is out there and where you can go for resources.
I’ve worn a prosthetic insert for years. When shopping online I first do a search on the homepage for surgical bras or prosthetic bras. This is a good starting point to find styles that are identical to the others available on that site. You can start HERE at HerRoom.com
